DOORS
TDK Doors is a professional manufacturer of high-quality traffic doors. Our products are installed and performing well in a wide variety of applications and markets, including restaurants, grocery stores, refrigerated warehouses, food processing plants, and other industrial applications. All TDK traffic doors are delivered with a standard 2-year warranty.
HE SERIES
TDK HE series traffic doors are designed to withstand tough conditions. The inside framework is reinforced with an impact-absorbing foam core door panel. Each door is engineered with the new stainless steel V-cam hinge system designed by TDK, HE traffic doors are built to last.
- HE 100: The fully sealed 4-inch thick insulated door panel, combined with Stainless steel V-cam and stainless steel rollers creates excellent R-value. This makes the HE 100 perfect for cooler and freezer applications. For freezer applications, a heater can be installed on the door panel if requested.

HE 50: The fully sealed 1 7/8-inch-thick insulated door panel is combined work with stainless steel V-cam and stainless steel rollers. Doors are easily customizable with many options on window and bumper size.
PL SERIES
The PL series is one of TDK's best selling traffic doors. For many applications, this cost effective option is perfect. Find out why this is our most popular traffic door option.
- PL 38V： 1 ½™ insulated door panel, Stainless steel V-cam hinge, with reinforced spine, Polyethylene Foam Core Chemically bonded with ABS Finish.
- PL 24E： PL24E is a medium duty traffic door and designed to facilitate the flow of traffic in a variety of applications. With Standard E hinge and different options on window size.

Our CNC (Cap and Cut) products are manufactured using high-quality components with a two-step manufacturing process. We've designed features that ensure a durable, attractive finished product. Our materials allow for easy door customization, provide a cost-effective, easy to assemble solution.
